  • Automated bots, scripts, or click farms
  • Paid-to-click or traffic exchange programs
  • Incentivized clicks or forced ad interactions
  • Pop-up or pop-under generated traffic
  • Misleading or deceptive traffic sources
  • Proxy or VPN-masked traffic intended to deceive
  • Self-clicking or clicking your own ads

When implementing AdNova ads, publishers must:

Publishers earn a percentage of the revenue generated from ads displayed on their websites. The exact revenue share depends on factors including traffic quality, geographic location, and ad performance.

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@adnova.cc. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.

16.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English and held in Wilmington, Delaware.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

AdNova shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
